Now you can see how the centaurs from my story are made


precision: I know a little bit about horses and I've had a quick look at some references -in particular for the skeleton- but I am far from being an expert! If you notice big mistakes, don't hesitate to point them out
or even spelling mistakes...


In the comparative view, the characters are supposed to be at the same scale. And I added a human (Fadeh) to give an idea of how big they really are.

Why do the females die after giving birth?
>This is entirely related to the world of my story, where it happens in all species.  The plot of the story is about understanding this phenomenon and trying to stop it.

If the females die after birth, then won't the populations quickly go extinct?
>Multiple births (twins or triplets, for centaurs) are a lot more common than single births and make up for the loss of the mothers.
