Lewani, 16, and Radaï, 15, from Loi
(they're sitting on the roots of a tree)
They are friends and neighbours, but Radaï is hoping for more.
In my story, the elves are the only species able to use magic. They can produce fire, water and lightning, some forms of healing magic exist as well as more obscure spells.
Primitive elven communities (like Radaï and Lewani's village) use magic to defend themselves. More evolved communities are under less attacks and have turned their magic into a visual art.
Radaï is the best student of his class at magic, and tries to entertain Lewani with pretty fire figures, but she isn't very receptive...
about their clothes: boys and girls wear similar clothes as long as they are not married. After that, girls will only wear long dresses.
