's characters. Zayel is the merman, and Keita is the human.
So here they are, getting to know each other better.
The merman has glowy dots on him, so I just had to make a night scene and show them off (and it sort of works with the story) ^^
Claws. Seriously, claws. I am convinced anyone would try to test the sharpness and make sure the person knew how to use them before allowing those hands near them. This is a recurring theme in my stories, actually.
Et puis j'ai bien galéré sur la logique des marques noires sur les nageoires x_x Un très beau perso, le Zayel, ceci dit!
Et voyez comment il prend les 3/4 de la place sur le dessin...

The tail is wonderful, a huge part of his total, smoothly blended into the human upper body. Great sense of story, successful dim light.
